Engaging in 3DCG Related Work at Corporations. In 2011, he established a joint venture company in Dalian, China and assumed the position of general manager. After returning to Japan, he established a start-up company and became its president. In 2024, he was appointed General Manager of the Strategy Division, Manager of the Game Business Department, and Director and Managing Executive Officer of Shochiku Ventures, Inc.

Inoue joined Hankyu Railways (now Hankyu Hanshin Holdings) in 1990. He moved to Shochiku Co., Ltd in 2005 and became its Internet Business Department Head. In 2011 he was President and Representative Director of Shochiku Geino Co., Ltd. and Shochiku Entertainment Co., Ltd. It was in 2022 that he became Executive Director at Shochiku Co., Ltd, established Shochiku Ventures, and became its President and Representative Director. He enjoys golf, saunas, and running 400m hurdles.

Ishige joined Shochiku Co., Ltd. in 2004 and has been engaged in many businesses within the Shochiku Group, both theater and film. He worked with stage theaters in the Kansai area (such as Minami-za and Osaka Shochikuza), the business planning department, and business planning operations at Shochiku Multiplex Theaters Ltd. He served as Chief of the Theater Planning and Development Department in the Business Development Department, and Chief of the Innovation Strategy Group in the Innovation Promotion Department. In 2022, he was appointed Executive Officer of Shochiku Ventures Co., Ltd. He is a certified sauna and spa wellness advisor and holds a B-class sauna master certificate.

Morikawa joined Shochiku Co., Ltd. in 2010. After some time in the theater department, he became Executive Assistant to the president. He was seconded to the Drone Fund while serving in the Business Planning Department. After supporting startups as an associate, he became involved in the launch of the CVC. In 2022, he was appointed Director and Executive Officer of Shochiku Ventures Co., Ltd. He was a guest mentor at the Tokyo Contents Incubation Center in 2022.

Tobita joined Shochiku Co., Ltd. in 2017 after having been an announcer at a television station. She was involved in the planning and development of XR content, after which she was seconded to ANOBAKA Co., Ltd. in 2021. Subsequently, she worked in content development using virtual production technology, and in partnerships with startups. In 2022, she was seconded to Shochiku Ventures Co., Ltd.

Hiraiwa joined Shochiku Co., Ltd. in 2012, where he worked in the Film Promotion Department, handling publicity for new films and planning and running events. He later became the Executive Assistant to the president in the President’s Office and then was subsequently transferred to the Innovation Promotion Department in 2020. After secondments to ANOBAKA Co., Ltd. and JR East Startup Co., Ltd. in 2021, he joined Shochiku Ventures Co., Ltd. on secondment in 2022.

Manaka joined Shochiku Co., Ltd. in 2015, where he first worked in real estate-related businesses. Subsequently, he joined the Innovation Promotion Department and became involved in XR content production as well as the launch of the Daikanyama Metaverse Studio. After a secondment to JR East Startup Co., Ltd. in 2021, he was then seconded to Shochiku Ventures Co., Ltd. in 2022.
